For New Aeon Gold Credit Card, the points for non Aeon Stores (i.e. other merchant) are RM2 for 1 point. The redemption of Aeon voucher is 2,500 points for RM20 worth of voucher, which is equivalent to 0.4% if we spend on other merchant. Is it correct to say that other merchant includes petrol as well? Could not find in their terms and condition that the points are excluding petrol.

Also, this is my first time paying for a credit card too. I only need to pay the full amount that appears on the statement right? Because I noticed that some of my recent transactions (1-2 days before the statement came out) don't appear on the statement. This means that they will appear on next month's statement, and I only need to pay them next month, correct?

AEON converted my Watami to a Classic Card even though I asked for a Gold card.  When I called them about it, they acknowledged the mistake and said they'll send a replacement. I've been waiting 5 mths+ ..

So when I called them today, the customer service guy said that conversion can only be to Classic Card. When I mentioned that the original FAQ said that we can ask for a Gold card, he asked me to email them the PDF file to prove that!

Now, my problem is the PDF file proving this at http://www.aeonmalaysia.com.my/acs/static/...ssation_FAQ.pdf is gone after the website change.

By any chance, did anyone here keep the Watami Cessation FAQ PDF file? If so, please share it. I appreciate any alternative suggestions as well.

Hi sis, with the new portal we are able to copy  3 columns of the unbilled n past transactions (previously can only PrtScr, cut-n-paste) but when copied to excel it is pasted in 1 single column, any idea how to paste them into the original 3 columns?

What! so troublesome, other banks' portals can easily copy n paste directly into excel. Why AEON always want to be diff.

I copied all transaction details of all my CC to excel so that calculation can be done easily when needed. Also I can comment on them & for easy references instead of sifting through diff statements.

i received the pin print slip after calling cs to re send again. took almost 2 weeks.

this time, they did print the pin is for which card.

im sure they improve this after some one complaint to them.

then go to nearest atm to register and change pin. quite leceh imo

anyone tried paying through PosOnline. I tried but keep getting Unsuccessful Transaction in all 3 of my attempts. Any idea why? FYI, after clicking submit payment, it doesn't direct me to the OTP page. is this normal?
