nowadays using paywave easier and not so paiseh when use it for amount below rm10. always used at aeon, aeon big, mydin and sam groceria for this purpose.

if you don't see refund record on m2u, means the money didn't go out from your casa right? that means you have no proof to show that you have made the payment in the first place.

anyway, aeon is very lenient in refunding back the interest charged. you may just tell to aeon cs about the situation/issue and if this was your first offense, it will be even easier to be forgiven.

in the future, you may consider to install aeon app where you can directly pay your aeon cc bill via the app and the payment amount will be reflected in the aeon app instantly too.

In the past, to avoid this 10sen charge, i will pay via ibg by selecting citibank but key in aeon cc detail and it took few days to be reflected in your account. But nowadays with aeon app, you can pay via fpx and it's reflected instantly.
