Too bad my Aeon Platinum was cancelled, otherwise, can try access and see

Hello n good evening guys, is it normal that Aeon Credit only give me 2k credit limit despite that I have 3k salary?
It really feels like a look down to me... My younger brother just worked for 3 months get 5k credit limit from Citi bank while having only 2k salary...

I just called their CS, there will be no waiver.

my card was charged SST on 10th July.

I told the CS I don't want to pay and want to cancel the card.

she still told me I still need to pay even I dont use the card after that date.

after a few mins of "talking" then only she said after cancel no need to pay anymore.

Wah. I just walked to Aeon credit centre to request for termination and seems like the staffs all there (4) are certained that I still must pay the annual fee of RM200. They said because it has been charged to my statement. So I must pay.

Can somebody enlightened me is this really true？

Anyone did realise AEON revised their PPL access conditions?

Just called CS to ask for waiver for SST for my Aeon Big Credit Card. But unfortunately cannot be waived. I did ask about Aeon Platinum. They say can request for annual fee waiver. Just need to swipe RM50 x 12 times then they will waive annual fee for Aeon Platinum. Just FYI those who still keeping that card to pay TNB. The only card that gives cashback for TNB payment.

But most Aeon CCs' AF is auto waived if swiped 12x/year. But looks like difficult to get SST rebate for Aeon CC these days.
Will only keep Aeon Big card for the rm15 cb for online trx.

yes and do it fast, the cs even told me she is seeking mgt approval to waive my af after cancellation, and insist cancellation doesn't mean the af will be automatically waiced. very odd company, very odd ruling n very odd personnel.

SST and annual fee normally come together one right I can see SST charged but not AF so I think should be coming soon

can we ask for AF waiver after payment made ? Doesn't realize they charge me last month for annual fee and svc tax.

Since last year June onwards, no more SST rebate according to what CS told to me.
