You should receive it together in May as after 15/4, your new cycle start and end on 30th. Give CS a call.

no experience with aeon. either they hold 3000 or slowly reduce it as you pay monthly.

Some questions on BT with Aeon.

1. The form states that need to attach the latest CC statements. Is this mandatory? I have some unbilled amount as outstanding, so this amount cannot be BT yet?

2. Just the front page of the statement or all pages?

3. Can email the BF form instead of fax?

4. It states the payment will be made within 15 days. Usually, how fast will it be as 15 days is near to the 20 days interest free period already.

Okay thanks. No experience BT with Aeon and will be my second BT attempt only biggrin.gif

If the BY payment is not yet in, I can still pay for the outstanding like normal right? And when the BT payment comes in, it will be used to offset future outstanding?

Also, better to BT with Watami or New Aeon Gold?
