Which branch to collect? Same MV right?

I called last night and they happily told me still in process, I said I cannot accept when I was the first customer in MV to apply this card on last Tuesday still in process but I know someone applied on Sunday already got email that it is ready for collection.

Just now called me again and told me I cannot collect from MV but can collect from other branch and suggested me Seremban 2 (because my permanent address is in PD). I asked what nonsense is this, MV card centre is so big and I cannot collect from there? Then he said because this card cannot be embossed there, I told him I understand and I was informed it will be processed in HQ and delivered to MV. Super nonsense. I said, I know people can collect from MV, he said must be other card, I said Plat. He then put me on hold to check and not long after that told me will call me back in few minutes. Few hours have passed but still no call.

Totally absurd.

The card can be collect from MV too, said by SA

All of my Aeon cards including my Partner one, total 5 cards all applied from the same SA

The address in the application is follow as per my IC which is in my hometown, but still, I can option to collect the card from 1u branch here.

I can view the Aeon Platinum card is in my banking account.

So eventually yours will be collected from 1U or MV? He said any branch can but not MV.
Anyway, still no call until now... I assume it is OK now.

Just applied mine thru Aeon maluri..after that can cancel both Gold Card

Plat has AF and cannot be waived with 12x spending like its Gold cards.

Yaya..annual min spend 18k.
Main benefit is 2% CB for online transaction.
But overall benefits is much better than Gold card.

Well, I still have other cards and nowhere I can achieve 18k spending with this card.

i'm fortunate enough that my company let me pay & claim all my business trip expenses...

i saw my aeon big 2017 is higher than 2017, so i think i able to hit this year as well

or worse scenario...cancel the cut after a year

can the credit card deliver to office address ? or must be collected on certain specific branch ?
