call them several times, come with different answers. one said bene name is not important as long as the credit card number is correct and bene bank is citibank. my intention was to save the 80cents charges from maybank hence i use IBG. kinda upset with their system on receivables. I just email them the slip and wait.

Yes, AEON needs statement(s). I have also used screenshots (unbilled transactions) + statements to submit for higher amount.

Somebody really should update the BT application form cause the instruction still asks us to fax the documents over.

It seems like they no longer offer 0% Balance Transfer but 3% upfront interest for 12 months Balance Transfer now.

Lousy credit card, my card had expired for almost 6 months, no replacement card sent to me.
Today I received statement, being charged annual fee and service charge.
Called customer service, they say cannot process my request to cancel card because they varification failed after asking me 7 questions - credit card number, ic number, telephone number, address, mothers name, supplementary card name, employers name. Ask me to go to their branch instead to cancel the card.
