last week after i called in , and the SC rejected to waive my SST.
I wrote an email to them and CC BNM.

the content i wrote.....
"according to the bank negara rules:

Hope Aeon fully understand the situation and remove the SST.

Please proceed my cancellation and pleas REMOVE the SST charges."

finally after 5 days, they called me and apologize for the matter, they agreed to refund me. .... share to you all to get back ur hard earn money~

i call the number behind my card 03 2719 9999 since yesterday (tried yesterday morning, afternoon, and night 11pm, and today early morning)... keep saying customer service is all engaged...

again their CS told me there is no waiver for SST even no transaction performed.

I told him I'll circulate this to BN. seems like he ok with it.

hi guys, can I ask, every month I need to pay RM 0.60 fee when I make payment for Aeon cc via online banking .... Is there any method to avoid the RM 0.60 fee?

I just found out something, my spending on 1-March 12am on my Aeon Big for Bigpay reflected as transaction on 28-Feb instead, guess I gonna lose the RM 15 cashback this month =( anyone have the same issue? or I can contact CS and check about this?
