For my experience back in September they did not want to waive for me at all, I ended up cancelling one of their cards after paying the service tax, going to cancel the remaining one soon.

Better cancel before you are charged...

From what I experienced back in Sep no they do not come together. Best to cancel asap if you don't plan to use it anymore.

How about annual fee?

They have live chat? I always call them though.

Means I have to pay off my outstanding. Aeon is the one card which I have outstanding.

Just to update: I got an auto waiver for my annual fee, maybe i was enrolled to their sign up campaign during getting this card. But SST has paid.

few weeks ago retention team can only offer annual fee waiver. no sst rebate.

Probably you have swiped your card more than x12 times in a year

Not sure what type of of your Aeon credit card

But for annual fee, subsequent year waived with minimum of 12 transactions per year

I recall that Aeon Platinum didn’t come with annual fee waiver regardless of number of transactions, unlike for other Aeon credit card.

Aeon very slow in releasing statement but very fast to chase / remind you for payment

Received multiple calls from this suspicious looking number 0154-8722784 this morning and I ignore them cos I was busy. Turn out they were from Aeon Credit chasing for CC payment even though I IBG it 1-Mar night. While I was typing another call came in from Aeon Credit phone-bot 0154-8722799  prompting payment.

took a look at the thread because was curious about their card offerings since they look like they are doing well.

Normally the outstanding shall lessen once the payment is made. But I paid 3days ago, but the figure still same??here is what is show in the transaction:

you use cash machine, or online? i transfer m2u interbankgiro option

wierd right? usually got say "payment - thank you" but now is different, and the outstanding amount dont reflect the payment made

This aeon is getting ridiculous, I am fed up with it.

Received my statement for the current month, and minimum amount to pay is RM300. so yesterday I paid the minimum. today when checked in the website, the minimum amount is suddenly RM600! how is that even possible is beyond me.

statement show 1 figure, website shows another (higher amount). what bollocks is this.

will not renew once the credit card is due for renewal!

now in website: 300+300=600
