I didn't get the additional RM10 credit upon topping up the Setel ewallet; it has been 3 Sundays already. Anyone faced the same issue? Who should I reach out for assistance? AEON or Setel?

I use bigpay to swipe on 1st may and posting date is 3rd may. I didn't get the cashback. I think no more cashback for bigpay?

no more cashback for bigpay? topup on 01/05 as well as on 01/06 but no cb is reflected on 10/06. mcc for bigpay is BIGPAY MY-ECOM
