SST and annual fee normally come together one right I can see SST charged but not AF so I think should be coming soon

Hi, would like to ask any ideas on how to settle this. 
8 years ago i had a Aeon cc, due to an emergency i had maxed out d cc n owed them.
After everything was okay, i paid them d amount owed in 2 payments within a month. After full settlement d customer service told me that d card is cancelled n I don't owe then anymore.
I no longer received any bill statement from them n my criss was clear.(This was 8 years ago)
Fast forward to now n recently i received a call from Aeon saying that i still owe them rm600+ from d aforementioned card.
They said that d charges was for d card monthly charges...
Went to the Aeon CC n they told me that i must pay them since d card was not cancelled...Now it shows up in ccris
How do i settle this? Tq

Aeon big CC online spend 2% CB is getting harder, 10k pool for 666pax.

i top up grab pay on 1Dec @ 12.14am and it depleted. this month i did not get the CB. previous month top up few min after 12am still manage to got it.

was it very near your due date? I've never actually heard story of cs calling customer to pay cc balance lol

Yesterday used GIRO payment from MBB to Citibank for AEON CC statement payment but this morning noticed that the payment was return back to my MBB. Any idea why ya? Previously never seen this problem before.

i made payment via maybank2u yesterday. Today reflected at Aeon already. no issue.

Just make payment instead of transfer.
Only RM 0.10. Add RM 0.10 on top of your outstanding. If RM 1k, pay RM 1000.10 because 10c should be used to offset the payment charges. Well, unless they change this but only RM 0.10, so no harm in paying that additional 10c.

My IBG payment to Citibank from HLB no problem, did on 29/6/21, reflect at AEON 30/6/21.

I use OCBC bank to pay. I believe the payment takes 3 working days to appear in the transaction history.

Yesterday tried paying Aeon CC using IBG via Citibank but amount refunded just now.
So looks like have to use bill payment method.

i have no prob with maybank2u. just tried last weekend.

May be you can list out the step by step on how you do it on Maybank2u for MGM to follow.

so fast it come the CB for reload campaign for Jun n Jul. but never go CB for reload RM750 on 1st of every month.

I managed to call in but they said they will call me back because I need to cancel the auto conversion place which I got no idea how I got enrolled to this lol!
