Edit: combine with aeon big card, possible to maximize to 12% cb if meet all criteria for online, and 15% if you shop at aeon big. Very very good deal.

I have received the cash back from the Feb 2018 10% cash back on online spent promo. Looks like it's real after all, just that for Aeon cards promo, one have to be fast.

The FCFS for online cashback starts on 11th right?

i don't see anywhere mention Aeon Big cc cashback pool starting on 11th. it only says FCFS per month.

Got this SMS too. Wonder is it really guaranteed as there is cash pool but not mentioned FCFS..

Yeaa... I remember clearly last year in Kuching airport, even my GM don't have valid credit card to enter lounge...but with Aeon...   I stay in lounge for free mineral water....haha

The 10pct rebate for online transaction for last few mth was reflected in recent statement

I called to cancel my AEON Gold and immediately the CS tried to retain me by offering me cash back. However, I will still need to spend to get it, so I proceeded with cancellation.

First come first serve amd they have quota for it. The cashback will be credited on dec 2018. Tried to top up my bigpay last night around 12am but failed

I was charged renewal charges and service charge, prior to it, I had went to one of Aeoncredit's branch and was told there will be a waiver for my renewal charges, only service charge cannot be waived.

that was few weeks ago.

When i received my statement of account, the charges was there, I called customer service but they insist i need to pay all renewal charges and service charges. no waiver for me and I cannot cancel my card as they have charged me for it, no matter how i need to pay both the full amount.

I am so pissed off now!!!!!!

This AEON card really is a hidden gem. I get a lot of cashback from this card too

I also received that RM50 cash rebate. Any idea what's that for?
