Yea, MOP restrictions are for supplementary lines that shares the DataPool. Can always opt for RM30 for 1GB for supplementary line as well which won't be part of the DataPool.

Maxis Thinking of getting MaxisONE plan RM128 + 1 shared line
Does the shared line also get Spotify Premium or only the principal line can get Spotify Premium?

to clarify about maxis one plan specifically looking for 98 plan. so for 2 lines (1 principle and 1 supp) we need to pay RM 98 + RM 48= RM 146 + GST 6%...so we get 5 GB X 2 data= 10 GB? unlimited call and sms also?
