please dont spread wrong info around, i have sold many motherboards, if your item is within warranty and u provided evidence for it after receiving it, i will arrange for a warranty pickup for exchange, as for refund it is not do-able as item sold is not refundable, but i will provide an item swapping. But if your item warranty has already over then i cant rlly help anyhmore.

U need to show me a video of the motherboard booting process my dear customer, i have wrote that at the start of our conversation in the whatsapp, just take a video with whatsapp and show it to me. Because I cannot identify whether your statement is true or not, besides the item has already been checked before mailing it to you, just provide a video for me for the warranty procedure as i asked.

Take note, i have also reported all of your other duplicate spam in other thread section, please dont spread that, just follow the procedure of a warranty replacement if u are sure the motherboard u received has issue, if u continue to do that i would revoke your warranty on the board.
