Does anyone try the difference by disable or uninstall QoS Packet Scheduler in Network setting?
In My Network Places > View network connections (on the left) > Right click the one that connects to internet > properties > uncheck or uninstall QoS Packet Scheduler. but I still think that our sluggish connection highly caused by TMnut Screamyx. Tweaking some registry key wont help much.
