May be u have too many software to auto startup!
How to close it?
1. Click on Start.
2. Click on Run.
3. Input msconfig and ok it.
4. Click on the tab named Startup.
5. Uncheck the programs you dont want to autostart. Done!

From Start (Windows) -> Run -> Input gpedit.msc -> Click ok -> Open Administrative from Computer Configuration -> Open Network -> Select QoS Packet Scheduler -> Look to right hand side -> Double click on Limit Reservable Bandwidth -> Setting Check on Enabled -> Bandwidth Limit (%): Put 0 (Zero) -> OK -> Restart -> DONE! ENJOY!

1. Install out_ds.exe
2. Extract the in_!mpg123_118ot112.1.7z and open bin to SSE2 and copy in_!mpg123.dll into Winamp folder C:\Program Files\Winamp\Plugins

Go to Input:

Backup and Uninstall the original in_mp3.dll, after it restart WINAMP.

Go to Output:
No need to uninstall anything.
