well ur analogy makes sense. however you're missing 1 thing.

honda city - they add all the accesories except 1 thing is still missing

mc chicken - they did not give the 'toy' that comes with it.

in MOP158's case, they should also include spotify premium and that data share plan thingy.

MOP98, doesnt have free spotify premium and data share plan.

So if Maxis downgrade special MOP158 customers, they are actually taking some of the benefits those special customers are entitled to.

If not mistaken, I think u did file a complaint at SKMM website right? Have they reverted to u?

I received a call from Maxis yesterday, they said that they have just received the complaint I made, and they will revert to me by tomorrow (29/4/2016).
