the "old" MOP 188 was with total 7GB of data.. so when Maxis counter offer with rebates, it's still with total 7GB data.. later when Maxis announced on the new data quota for MOP188 (20GB), in order not to auto-upgrade the data quota for these "selected customers", Maxis decided to "downgrade" these selected customer without informing to MOP98 (5GB), and add 2GB free data which total up 7GB data also (same as what they get during counter offer)..

however these "selected customer" still not satisfy, as some of them were enjoying free spotify premium which only given for MOP128 onwards, or home fiber rebate of RM20 (also for MOP128 onwards), now all no longer eligible for them.. but bear in mind, they only pay RM88 for 7GB data (new MOP98 only have 5GB data)..

u sure? Maxis should still giving u rebate of RM10 from RM98 (instead of RM100 from RM188).. u've got ur bill already? well, u still can call them n scold "where's my free 1GB for 6 months??!!!"

yes, n now with new MOP/MOS plan announced, many "water fish" swim back to Maxis as it's obviously more competitive n with better network quality compare with Celcom (as most ppl ported to celcom, the poor quality is due to my wife experience n also feedback from another threat)..

well, these Maxis haters never learn to respect others.. so annoying..

got such thing as loyalty promo? anyway, only a handful of subscribers got counter-offer with customized package, so i dun think it's a big issue now since Maxis has new plans for the rest of us.. the new MOS plan is really a good deal~

i hope u already tested the celcom coverage at ur residence/working area b4 port out.. my wife ported to celcom, at bkt serdang home signal bar is only 2, at kepong laman rimbunan in law house totally no line.. so? gonna port back to maxis as MOS under my line.. after all the hassle, feel abit paiseh to the blue cube staff, n feel like all the effort wasted..
