Wtf, mashit change my maxis one 158 to maxis 1gb today. I decided to port out to celcom 2 months back, and this mashit ppl call and offer 'special' price with rm68 for the maxis one 158 with 5gb data package with 2 year contracts. Then out of sudden they changed my plan to maxis 1gb data without notification?! Anyone facing the same issue? They really farked up. I have yet to call them and screw them. Really mashit. If they really do so, changing my plan without informing, I will Lodge the report to mcmc. Big fat con shit company.

I have called up the farking 123, as what I have predicted. They downgraded my MOP 158 with 5gb of data to MOP 98 with 1gb of data. THE REASON BEING: THEY WILL UPGRADE THE MOP 98 TO 5GB OF DATA. So guys, do you see how the maxis do the scam?! I SIGNED UP FOR MOP 158 NOT the 5GB OF data. How can a company simply downgrade the plan of a user without even informing (i found out when i check the mymaxis app). NOT EVEN A SMS. MASHIT, U FUCKING BIG SCAM BAG. DON'T TRY TO CON PEOPLE BY SIMPLY CHANGING THE PLAN, U SEE!

I opted to port out to celcom 1 month plus back, and i got called from maxis representative for an offer if i stay on with maxis. i took the offer of maxis one plan 158 with 5gb of data. every month pay rm68 instead of rm158 for 2 years contract. But today, i noticed my plan was changed to MOP 98 with 1gb of data. I was not informed nor notified regarding the changes, and when i call them up they just keep telling me i will get the 5gb of data at the end of month, I signed up for MOP 158 with free 5gb data. I didn't sign up for 5gb data at the first place. How can a company simply downgrade my plan and tell consumer that you are getting the same amount of data, I should be getting the same MOP 158 with whatever data they plan to upgrade. This is unacceptable and i felt i was being SCAM with 2 years contract. Kindly please clarify with this brilliant cheating company. thank you.
