I think the security precaution is from Google marshmallow. It's up to samsung to implement it or not. Like previous rom version it was not used but activated in current version.

That one is security precaution by Google Masmallow where Samsung didn't implementing in previous ROM.

just knew those alcohol pads from screen protector kits can remove the oleophobic coating on the screen, hopefully i didnt removed mine while applying it sweat.gif

You need to press the finger print button once and hold a second will unlocked. Not working for third party lock screen, include nova launcher double tab to lock.

You can use but don't always use it. That also includes glass cleaners. Factory normally apply thick layer on the screen, which can last for one year of normal use before getting it packaged.
If let's say you use alcohol pads everyday, you can rub off the coating within 6 months.
