prices on other sites are only for reference. Different country will have different price as it depends on supply and demand. If nobody want an item, even if you sell at RM10 also nobody will buy. But if everybody want to buy the same item then even at RM100 people will grab. That's the basic of economics. Just sell it if you think the price is okay, better than keeping it for 1 year and price will go down further.

I''ve recently bought your GA Z77-P3, and so far after installing it everything works great, but I've noticed that my CPU core temperature is quite high when on full load (around 80 Degrees C). And I noticed my CPU fans are not running at full speed, but it's always running like at least 15~25% of it's potential. (I'm using CM V6GT with Artic Cooling PWM 12 btw)... In the Bios I've tried every settings eg: Voltage mode, PWM mode, Auto Mode.. changing the fan speed from Normal, Silent and even Disable [which basically means it should run at full speed]... but so far nothing changes... I do quite some CPU intensive load, so I really need some advice on this. Thanks. |

I could pull out the yellow cable of my fan to emulate a normal 3pin fan, but the fact that i did it, it still isn't running at full speed. Nope it's perfectly working fine if i plug direct to 4-pin molex and the pwm (yellow) to one of the splitter direct to CPU_FAN Direct Molex gives me 1200~1300rpm, and output from CPU_FAN gives me only 420rpm. This is quite weird. |

I've very bad experience dealing with this guy, it wasnt his service sucks. It's either the board he send me is faulty or incompatible.
Actual board i wanted to get is actually a Brand new Gigabyte H61M-HD2 HDMI MATX, after i made the payment this seller told me the board is out of stock but he never update it on his thread. So i decided to go for Brand New MSI H61M-P23 (B3). Once i receive the board, there is issue where the PC will auto shut down without any warning when i gaming halfway or installing game with large file. I've doned troubleshooting myself, by changing all the part except the motherboard and even bring it to technician and the technician also comment that the board is unstable. So i decided to go for warranty claim since the technician didnt tamper the motherboard. When i receive my replacement board back from warranty, it is a used board with dust and all those metal part is rusty. I send back the replacement to seller in order for him to get me a brand new replacement motherboard. He given me a choice of two motherboard which is MSI H61M-S26 V2 and ASUS H61-PLUS, i decided to take ASUS H61-PLUS as clearance/gap between RAM slot clip and PCIE slot is far enough to install big GPU with backplate. I've told this seller about my GPU is quite big (Sapphire RX570 Pulse) and need a motherboard with some clearance between RAM and PCIE slot earlier. After i receive another Brand new replacement motherboard which is MSI H61M-S26 V2 (I dont know why he gave me selection to choose when he didnt send me the board i requested for earlier), my GPU cant install onto the PCIE slot due to RAM clip is blocking it unless i remove backplate of the GPU, i told this issue to this seller but he doesnt want to admit his fault and even blame me for not letting him know about this issue earlier. After search back our conversation history, i do informed him earlier about this issue i having with another board i currently owned. I decided not to waste my time anymore as this whole process has already taken 3 months and i need to deliver this PC to a buyer. Just accept this motherboard even though the GPU cant install onto it. To all the buyer plan to buy from him, please be prepare to receive a faulty or incompatible motherboard and wasted your time. The total cost i've spend here can actually purchase a better used board from local personal seller/ lowyat plaza (from a trusted shop). PS: All the motherboard is coming from China which the seller didnt mentioned about it. The board might be damaged during delivery.Another thing to be notice is that the supplier from this seller will randomly send you a motherboard, example the board you wanted to get is MSI H61M-S26 B3 but they will send you MSI H61M-S26 V2 instead. From what the seller said, the board supplier will be sending is depend on supplier stock availability.
