Hi @AkiSuSu,

I''ve recently bought your GA Z77-P3, and so far after installing it everything works great, but I've noticed that my CPU core temperature is quite high when on full load (around 80 Degrees C).

And I noticed my CPU fans are not running at full speed, but it's always running like at least 15~25% of it's potential. (I'm using CM V6GT with Artic Cooling PWM 12 btw)...

In the Bios I've tried every settings eg: Voltage mode, PWM mode, Auto Mode.. changing the fan speed from Normal, Silent and even Disable [which basically means it should run at full speed]... but so far nothing changes... I do quite some CPU intensive load, so I really need some advice on this.

Thanks.

there is a few diiff power provider for cpu fan other than cpu fan 1, such as system fan 1 and system fan 2, if ur power conenctor for ur cpu fan is 4 pin, u can plug them in 3 pin power provider, this will disable the "fan speed control" and let the fans runs at full speed all the time  icon_rolleyes.gif

Hey, yeah i saw. the normal chassis fan and cpu fan socket... I could pull out the yellow cable of my fan to emulate a normal 3pin fan, but the fact that i did it, it still isn't running at full speed. The funny thing is, when i disabled fan control in Bios for the CPU, my rear chassis fan "SYS_FAN2" runs at full speed. and My both CPU fan still running at 450rpm....
quite headache ah T.T

Is your coolermaster cpu fan dying?
*
I hope it was dying, finally got some time off to test.
Nope it's perfectly working fine if i plug direct to 4-pin molex and the pwm (yellow) to one of the splitter direct to CPU_FAN

Direct Molex gives me 1200~1300rpm, and output from CPU_FAN gives me only 420rpm.

This is quite weird.

?_?
What??

Well i'm trying to figure out what's wrong with the CPU_FAN1's socket... it's just not powering my Heatsink and full capacity, it's only going at 30-40% (450rpm~).. even as we speak now, my fan isn't even running... rclxub.gif
.my chasis fan is going full at 1000rpm+.
