2. Is it legal, as it is considered your company, an entity, is executing the trades.

What if I am in malaysia, but I have vps is USA executing the actual order, so technically I am not trading in malaysia

When you have a company, your company is trading, not you anymore.

From my opinion. Its illegal to involve FX in Malaysia, unless you have been authorize by BNM just like currency exchanger out there. That is why we have been trading FX underground basis. Most of trader, prefer to keep silent about it.
