Selling price for 1066sqft around RM700k+.
downpayment discount 10%
cashback upon VP 10% (RM75k +-)
I'm also wonder why is this not doing well.

traffic dispersal at this area is linked to kidex. since the project has been cancelled/postponed, residents have to bear with the increasing traffics in the future.

Yesterday went to their sales gallery, no showroom provided, and they claim to say that block A almost fully sold now.

3. Low density consider the land size

Yes indeed. The 1281sf selling at 900k ++ SPA. But 1066sf fully sold. Left with 1281sf if you are looking for 3Rooms.

Any idea when block B will open? And I get to know that Block B price will even more expensive than Block A.
