upgrading causes so much issues while throwing billions for it. Might else don't upgrade and stay where they are, until really found some 1 who really can do the upgrading job nicely.

I can't believe that they increased the price for the 10gb subscription from Rm5 to Rm7, not to mention that I'm quite poor. Damn Celcom really loved bleeding their customers dried. I ain't buying that Internet Larut Malam crap unless they'd reduced the price. Guess they gonna get their wake up call once they noticed that their number of subscribers had dramatically decreased.

majority of my customers are happy with the new plan. they said the 1am-7am is not useful for them bkoz they are sleeping during that hours. 10GB facebook and also nokelentong 5GB are the things making them very happy, beside RM3 1GB and 1 day unlimited call to 1 number from any mobile network RM1.

the only thing making them not happy atm is the internet line which is very unstable and slow.

if only 10gb fb is for youtube instead, or something we can choose..

almost all new users missing 50 cents. called up celcom. they blame elite.com.my. email to elite and they said they have not taken my credit. celcom cs called me to follow up and they insist elite is the culprit. then said will investigate. now, no answer end up.

Celcom keep saying on Twitter that those on older plan (magic/turbo) can still get the free IBH and that the IBH is still available (instead of internet larut malam).
But I can't even find the option to buy it. When I ask, they don't even answer. What a mess.
