The Xpax app does not work on Android 7 on my Huawei Mate 9, only see the purple screen.

Hope that they will rectify the problem quickly.

Even the Celcom Xpax app not working on my Mate 9, just the purple screen.

Yeah, the Xpax app is useless as not functioning on my Mate 9.

I've put up the complain about the Xpax app on twitter, @xpaxsays.

The Celcom customer service is really terrible.

Yes, just updated the xpax app and now giving me the purple screen again.

Ok, uninstalled the Xpax app and reinstall.

Now is working.

One of the main reason is that Celcom removed the 1 or 2 year extend validity for prepaid.

I've to agree if the Celcom 2 years validity is gone, I will also port over to other telcos.

Celcom going to lose a lot customers if the 2 years validity is removed.
