Could be and probably how Celcom is trying to handle the situation. Were you downloading anything or left it idle?

sure will congest during peak hours. must b got many users download movie during midnight haha

Some area might have congest issue especially weekends during peak hour
guess many people are using it, since many people have ported out from maxis to celcom

ya I know, extra 5gb internet data for free on weekend

not only you, I also tried vey hard to finish all the weekend data
feel like so wasteful if kena forfeited lol

and the unlimited calls and sms too! successful trapped me
it worth the every single penny I paid. unlike maxis, only know earn profit

The first step to improving the network, have new equipments. I think Celcom will be starting a network upgrading exercise soon, similar to what DiGi did few years back.
