I have few question:

1. Every topup RM10 will extend the validity for 30 days?

2. If I topup RM20, the validity will extend for 60 days?

3. Currently I have validity 30 days, if I topup another RM10, will
the total validity become 60 days?

4. For the free 4G data bonus, reload RM30 and get 9GB or 300MB/day.
If exceed 300MB, will the data/internet automatically cut off?

If you ever want to consider redone, I think you better reconsider it again!!! I bought an iPhone from senQ and got deceived by Redone. They force me to signup their plan in order to get the phone. I didn't want to and never use their service. Now, they called me everyday to repaid the balance. Even said i gave alasan for not paying. It really cumbersome to see you doing business in this way. Heard some comment from others that using redone, it is so so only. So, guys, please do really reconsider your option.

It should come with free 1000MB. Why it says PPU?

I just bought redone prepaid pack, so far so good..

Anyway how can we check data used for prepaid user?

hi does anybody has encountered being charged for sim card replacement twice?

i went to the agent to get sim card replacement and paid RM10 for it. however, when the bill comes, redone charged me RM10 again for the sim card replacement. redone argued that i should get a refund from the agent and agent has also argued that bought it from redone so he has to charge me.
