I would think F&B could be one unique differentiator for damen. If they push for this concept to have a varied and unique dining place, it may work...else the generic concept is too bland. There are too many Malls offering the same stuff

2 restaurants with great crowd but how are all the other shops doing?? during my recent visit namheong was full as well but others empty with a few bags..

other still empty ~
all the so call car trunk food store .. empty..
but if got big discount i dont mind seat there and try thier food
