Went to Their Service Center just to purchase a Original Huawei Fast Charge USB Cable, the staff their lack of knowledge about the cable, in the end after 30 minute of waiting as a "VIP" customer, was told no stock for ONE SINGLE USB cable.
PS: SC is Hello Service Center in Plaza Berjaya.

Explained more about the issue, yet Huawei Dont care about the video only do and say what is in their Job Description.

Purchased the phone not even half year, prized at RM2399, briefed as VIP service yet more like VSS Service (Very Shitty Services)
Called the hotline, all advised Factory reset, not the first time having issue with Mate 8, every single time called up to the hotline, agent said, escalate your issue to higher department, then call back and request customer to do a factory reset other than provide an actual solution.
Buying
VIP MODEL and experience a
Terrible Service from Huawei.
