I buy research papers online. I have a medical background and am a lifestyle transformation coach. My clients from competitive bodybuilders and regular people whom some.are diabetics choose to skip breakfast and it has not affected them negatively in any way. And there are a ton of research out there which points to meal timing as a very distant 3rd or 4th factor in the grand scheme of things.
Look up Intermittent Fasting for example.
Also, improved blood work health markers during Ramadhan month of fasting is a clear proof.

Tq for your kind reply.i read on some reseaech journal,intermittent fast help decreased in ldl cholesterol,weight and visceral fat by using IF liquip diet.really fascinating.really would love to explore more.

All I know is it is a valid approach and has been found to provide significant health benefits However, there may also be some undesirable effects, though not serious.

For practical applications in weight loss and also bodybuilding, you'll have to ask darklight79.
