Same problem here with the sweat bro. usually its the cloth you wear that makes it smell. wash them with those antibacteria and dry them under sunlight.

most of the time you sweat because your muscle are tensed. whenever youre out, try to relax, deep breathe, and notice which part of your body is tensed. dont clenched your butt/fist or suck in your stomach. even sitting or standing straight for a long time would cause me to sweat alot.

I have this problem. But i solved it myself. I already identify its a few problems.

Clothes.

Before you wash your clothes in machine, rinse the shirt with light soap, any brand. Then rinse again with normal water. Then only run in machine normal cycle. Then dry like normal. Will guarantee eliminate sweat urea smell at least 80%.

Body

No amount of body shampoo or anti bac soap will kill smell. The only way is to mask it. You can use good quality expensive cologne. All those roll on & spray isn't that great really. There is one that i have tried that really powers through smells. Its minyak attar. This thing is so strong, you only need to dab just a dot on the skin and the smell goes on for up to 8 hours. If i did not try it i would not know.

The problem is, they smell too traditional. Like versions of Indian incense. You either go for flower or wood based one.

I used to use this talcum powder. Need to use at least a month in order to see the effect. The plus side, you can buy it in bulk quantity. It's very cheap. You can buy it from Mydin.

Okay how many of you who have excessive sweating and body odour problem managed to fix it?

So recently weather so hot. It become worst when I have to ride trains from kelana jaya all the way to ampang like everyday for school. So i sweat a lot. Also the journey is no easy. There are many stairs to climb as well. So like it or not will sweat like crazy. I don't know if this matter but i drank many litres of water too everyday. But somehow developed body odour. Made me insecure all the time.

The problem is i could not find any commercial anti perspirant that worked. I tried nivea, adidas, rexona what la all bought from watson. I know those are not good.

Anyone here managed to solve their body odour problem? What about excessive sweating?

Anyone here had any experience going to doctor for it or tried any brands that worked? Or any effective methods? You know..like some people use talc etc.

Can share? Thanks.

Just now i went to watson again.
Saw 3 brands.

1. Perspirex
http://www.perspirex.com

2. Sebamed anti persiprant

3. Crystal brand natural salt.
http://www.thecrystal.com/product_information.cfmAnyone tried these? Good?
EDIT: ALSO IT WORTH NOTING THAT IF I USE SPRAY TYPE ANTI PERSPIRANT THEN I WONT SMELLS BADLY BUT IF I USE WATERY TYPE THEN WILL SMELLY MAYBE BECAUSE ONE WATERY ONE IS NOT AND WATERY CAUSED MY ALREADY WET ARMPITS BECOME MORE WATERY

I have same problem with TS. Just walk few metres or climb stairs, start sweating. Easy to sweat but cant stop unless shower. My BMI also normal. But my condition call hyperhidrosis. Nerve problem which make excessive sweat than normal person. For deodoran at armpit, i use nivea happy shaving. Smell nice, no foul smell. I think TS shold change under shirt to singlet maybe? Two tshirt make body hot n humid and easy to sweat and slow to dry and make the smell.

Also try use liquid detergent for wash your cloth. Usually powder base soap will make cloth stink. Maybe coz got soap residue? Or not dilute well myb?

Lastly try change your diet. Eating strong smell food like garlic, curry and etc also can make strong body odor. Can take but not everyday.
