Still with Honor 7, almost 1 year in another 10 days.....

So it's problem with Huawei then? I do get notifications from the whatapp screen icon but not on the status bar.

1. It's worth to buy  according with your budget. Depends on what is your plan to do with the phone. 
2. I bought Redmi Note 3 Pro for my mum 3 weeks ago. All good. she's happy with the fingerprint unlock

Hello all,

A new owner of H7E reporting in. I've been prompted to update to B340 but so far the phone is fine, Whatsapp notifications are coming in so perhaps I won't update just yet. I find the battery life to be quite good, if used sparingly it should last the whole day. So far, I'm getting around 15% at the end of a workday around 7-8pm. SOT around 3.5 - 4.5 hours so I guess that's alright too.

I've a question though, so hopefully sifus around would be able to help. I've been trying to sync my work email (MS Outlook) but to no avail. I've gotten all the domain name, server, port etc from IT (it worked for my previous phones - HTC M7 and Xperia Z3C), yet somehow there's always a setup error. I thought of installing a PKCS#12 file but it's so distastefully expensive..

So far, my workaround is installing the Nine email app but that's going to be gone soon as well as it is not a free app. I've looked around on the Web but there's nothing that would suggest there's a problem.

Appreciate it if sifus around here could contribute, thank you guys very much!

edit: hmm so when I elected not to type in the domain, somehow the settings went through and now the email app is waiting for sync.. let's see where this goes..
