Yeah my past experience was same with Gemfive, hence I was confident, with this issue I have realised that even Gemfive themselves supply fake products, not only their merchants.

It was the merchants that sold imitation products, i doubt gemfive can monitor the product quality of all its merchants

The fake REMAX cable I bought is supplied by GEMFIVE themselves, according to the receipt I got.

G5 reputation is at stake, whether they can or cannot control the quality of goods sold in their website? Is their call.

This Pineng incident alone making many potential buyers think twice for sure. Even if they willing to refund, what about the RM50 voucher? the trouble to repack and send back?

gemtm50 is a RM50 code with no min purchase on gemfive...so you can basically buy anything worth rm50 or more for free plus the RM7-15 shipping fee....but sadly the code already fully redeemed

They will still refund. You have to email them with details of your order number and bank details. To be sure, call the cs up they will let you know the status of your order and refund procedure.

yeah, they can't take your money without giving you the item. So, they will refund.
