What does the status In progress mean? Got it after Acknowledged status

But one of my order went from In progress back to Acknowledged, the other went from In progress to In transit

Got this powerbank frm gemtm50 promo on G5



Accidentally screwed up the pineng website checking, and apparently cant check more then once

Anyone here knows if this is a fake or ori, the included micro usb cable has no pineng branding on it

The seller is Gamehypermart and its 59.90 got it for 33.00 with some remax cables from gemfive

Even the remax cable which is sold by G5 themselves seems like a fake as the qr code shows a different code instead of the printed ones.The hologram looks real tho.

What do you think I should do, return or refund? got these items for dirt cheap though. 33 for this powerbank and 2 remax cable.

Yes, the Remax cable I bought together with the fake PB mentioned earlier is fake as well, from G5 as well, the thing is i bought them for a very cheap price with the gemtm50 code, both PB and 2 Remax for RM33, so wondering if its worth to get the refund, will G5 refund the discount code as well?

Already have the Xiaomi PB, my bro had the Pineng one, so intended to get one for larger capacity but now ended up as fake, heck even G5 themselves sell fake products.

How to exchange with original?

Yeah my past experience was same with Gemfive, hence I was confident, with this issue I have realised that even Gemfive themselves supply fake products, not only their merchants.

The fake REMAX cable I bought is supplied by GEMFIVE themselves, according to the receipt I got.

I contacted G5 cs and they directed me to their COO's personal phone, where I explained the issue, and he offered to to replace the cables and block the merchant, as for PB the merchant promised to replace me with an Ori one, as their previously stock contained some fakes.

Email as well. G5 called in response.
