Guys I need serious help!!!

I fresh installed the windows 10 on my surface pro 4 using a bootable USB and deleted all the partitions. Everything was smooth I got a newly installed windows 10.

I created a recovery image backup in my hard disk. And now I have a hard time restoring the image. I don't know what to do next.
