Hi, perhaps that is not for retirement stay. It's near to second link which can provide a house for a lot of people who work in Singapore and travel on daily basis.

Edu city currently undergoes big construction will provide a lot of opportunity in the future in terms of education.

2. Legoland
3. Hotels

And other factor which can boost the pricing
