I have to totally agreed with @dinox.

Obviously, I'm quite surprised that they need to speak out through the video and throughout their speech, it was none other than repeating quotes.

I believe not only their PR is a mess, their internal communication is totally screw up.

With that to say, I think solid and sensible action from consumer side will certainly let them know.
