Is " customer.service@aeonmalaysia.com.my " the right email to sent for aeon BT? it has been more than 3 days no response since last Thursday when I email them the BT application. Any other alternative Aeon's email workable for BT currently?

Nowadays I noticed my aeon BT to other bank is using ibg instead of cheque! This is good as its fast.

Maybank ikhwan/Islamic credit card can't use for BT through Maybank2u? Encountered error... Conventional cc no problem. Why?
