Yes. I said no upfront waiver. If you submit form, it will be automatically waived. M2U will have to wait till it's waived on one fine day but not too long.
*
May i know where you get the application form?
T&C didn't state the application form location and cannot find in m2u website

Thanks indeed both of  you were right and i managed to squeeze in another BT on 9.5.2017 using up my CL to the max.
I also applied for increase in Credit limit as 0% BT from HLB is rare opportunity.

Just now i simply checked online and found HLB has added extra RM30k to my CL,
quickly called to HLB CS, i want to do another BT but CS told me that offer already closed.

However, he offered me a better deal so i share with you guys here.

There is now a 6 month interest free loan from HLB! No fee, zero ineterst 6 month!
Just apply over the phone and money will be transferred to your bank Saving Account direct!
To me this is even better than BT to credit card and hassle to get refund, so i whack all the extra to the max.
From what i understood -1st month to 5th month, pay at least 5% oustanding,
6th month must pay all remaining  on exact expiry date, pay early penalty RM70,pay late interest 18% of remaining
Say you take RM10k, i supposed the  installment is like this

Month 1 - RM500
Month 2 - RM475
Month 3 - RM451.25
Month 4 - RM428.69
Month 5 - RM407.25
say the expiry date is 30.11.2017, then you must pay balance RM7737.81 on the dot - 30.11.2017 to avoid
unnecessary charges.
that will defeat the purpose of 0% BT
Yes bank is hoping that i cannot pay up and get 18% interest .
*
When you call HLB? I called yesterday afternoon and the staff help me apply the 0% BT.
I can't find any information about the interest free loan in HLB website, you sure no other charges applied?

Question on the Hong Leong 6 months 0% BT:
I got 5K BT amount but first statement only show minimum payment RM250. Should i pay only the RM250 or RM5000/6 = RM834?

As per I got from CS, she told me 5% is the minimum, you can pay more, but make sure there is still balance until 6th month, because there is early settlement fees.

For this Maybank 0% balance transfer, with upfront fee waived, can actually transfer to other bank savings account to enjoy free cash?
*
Did before for Standard Chartered bank.
The cs will ask a couple of questions about where the excess fund come from and reason of transfer.

I just called up their CS, and they said only new customers are eligible for this even though their website didn't mention that. Just a heads up for any existing SC cardholders.
*
I also just find out this in their t&c. The t&c is at the bottom of the page: https://www.sc.com/my/campaign/balance-transfer-plus/, click on the "For employee banking customer...."

HLB will remind customers about the "special rate expire at DDMMYYY".

Example, last month statement closed at 15 Oct 2017.  The balance account which going to resume back to normal interest rate, there is a message to inform
"Special Rate will expire at 15 Nov 2017"

As long as u make full payment on 16 Nov 2017 morning......there is no interest charge to the BT account.  If u make full payment on 15 Nov 2017......u need to pay early settlement penalty "RM70"
*
CS told me different. If my statement date is fall on 15 Nov, i need to settle the bt on 15 Nov also to avoid interest. Any day before or after 15 Nov will be penalty.

U can view your previous month statement (Oct 2017), there is the message shown on the bottom of your BT account transaction history.
*
Thanks for the info. Now only notice this message in the statement.

If i do balance transfer from maybank2card to Uob CC, is it the installment purchase which i use my maybank2card will be include total of the price or will be installment also?
*
does not matter, you just fill in the amount you want BT, not necessary follow statement amount, as long as it is within the credit limit.

According to HLB CS, she said I need to pay on Expiry date. Not a day after Expiry Date. A bit confused now.
*
Yes, me too. I just double confirm with the CS, and he say must pay today (today is the expire date), not tomorrow.
I have made the payment. See what will happen tomorrow.

Can you share your update of your situation of fully settled your HLB BT on expiry date instead of a day after expiry date?
TQVM

No issue. The BT account automatically disappear after the expiry date.

For HLB's 0% BT for 3 months, I heard there is a processing fee of RM12 excluding GST. Is this true? I do not recall reading about any processing fee from here. Anyone who have done this can confirm on this?
*
Did the BT last week, no processing fee.

Does this new bt from hl bank is same ordinary bt like Maybank public bank? Or it will be like previously discussed hl bt which something like pay 5% first few month, last statement only full, need special tracking on that in order to avoid other fees?
*
hlb practice: pay 5% first few month and settle on the last day.
