Hi guys, this is my second BT with HLB but i found the BT 0% rate expiring date calculation is different compare to the first one.
My first BT (0% 6 months) first statement date is 15/5/2017 and the expiring date is 15/11/2017, which is correct (6 months). It has been settled without any problem.
But for my second BT (0% 3 months) first statement date is 15/12/2017 and i can see the expiring date printed on the statement is 15/2/2018... it suppose to be on 15/3/2018, right?
Anyone encounter the same issue?

I used M2U, very fast. I already done two BTs in the last two weeks, all were approved swiftly.

These days, no need to use email anymore because from my last BTs via M2U, they no longer charge me upfront fees. smile.gif

Confirm no longer charge upfront fee? I am planning to apply one but still seeing this in M2U

so i search for SCB  excess funds transfer

seems a bit difficult.

and chat with their cs, asked me to write a letter and copy of ic to transfer...

any of you guys here successfully transfer from SCB to CASA?
*
Done before. That time cs asked me for the reason, after that asked me to write email. But after few days, before i start writing the email, i already saw the money being transferred.

Luckily I saw your post. Just noticed my due date was 01032018!!

I got the BT on 28Dec, 3 months promo actually ends in 01Mar, that's like slightly more than 2 months only.
chatted with the officer, was told that i can pay earlier without penalty, but thought I would just play safe and leave 50sen in there.

I did my HLB BT on 7Dec 2017 but expiry date is 30Mar 2018! Almost 4 months. My CC statement date is 30th of the month.
*
No idea how HLB assign the expiry date.
My first BT (6 months repayment period) started on 12 May (first statement on 15 May) and the expiry date fall on 15 Nov (which is correct) but my second BT (3 months repayment period) started on 21 Nov (first statement on 15 Dec) and the expiry date is on 15 Feb (which is less than 3 months).

Your 2nd BT should expire on 15Mar. So your 1st payment was due on 5Jan, 2nd on 5Feb and final on 15Feb?
*
4Jan, 4Feb and 15Feb. First i also thought 15Mar until i saw the expiry date in the statement and confirmed with cs.

I'm planning to transfer 3k into my MACH to have balance around 17k to transfer out 15k into my CASA.

Can we do that?

Hi , did anyone get refund on 3% BT Charge? I did twice BT which were on 28 & 30/3. The 1st BT @5K was fine with no charge. But then when 2nd BT @6K, rm190.80 has auto debit into my credit card account. Weird!!!
*
I also get charged on my last Maybank BT on 31/3. I called to the CS and the CS said it will be refund after 1 month.

For UOB BT, a separate BT account is created. If i want to pay this BT from other bank, i just fund transfer to this account directly? Account type is credit card, right?

mamamia said clear it on 28/07 but fruitie said clear it on 27/07.

that's is confusing.  rclxub.gif
which date is correct? notworthy.gif

If you are referring to HLB BT, you have to settle the amount on the BT expiring date printed in the statement. In your case, pay all your outstanding on 27/7.
