Not sure if anyone already posted this, but I just noticed that the MBB BT promotion terms and conditions have changed.

Most importantly:

1. Now only until 31 December 2016 (instead of 31 March 2017)
AND
2. No more fee quota for the waiver (i.e. as long as within promo period, waiver is auto)

Yeh - the CL increase request can be done in 1-2 days, then apply for BT quickly.

I just got my PBB BT application approved for RM15k and paid today to my MBB. So now my MBB has excess credit of about RM9k.

Will apply for MBB BT again (3rd round) up to max possible.

Then can retire from BT applications for a while and just pay off the high instalments for the next 12 months.

When did you submit? I submitted one request last Thu, not sure how long it's gonna take.

I just submitted 3 months latest payslip to increase CL and it was approved within 3 days.

manual? u send via normal mail or pass to branch ?

I did a manual submission many years ago at the 1U CC centre. It was so troublesome and they ended up losing my form / forgetting to fax it to HQ or wherever they need to fax it.

Since then, I prefer emailing everything, and if anything goes wrong, follow up via the same e-mail reference number.

This is because many email to mbbcardservices@maybank.com has not solved.
Sometimes i wait few weeks also no feedback.

Seems like maybank is very slow in replying email.

wondering anyone here tried to ask if we settle on the month 12 for the rest of the  amount does it mean we also get free money and without any hiding cost and T&C.

probably they allow termination on month 12 and probably the bank lure people to apply but end up they don have the capability to repay on month 12 (i mean for those people who plan to get free money and repay on month 12), end up paying interest.
