Dear Sifus,
Im new to CC world. Can someone tell me if i apply BT and FPP (diffrent dates), both of the monthly installment will reflect on my statement balance every month right? I only need to pay attention on my statement balance and pay before due date right? Im a bit confused with the installment date and statement balance date.

QUOTE(1mr3tard3d @ Nov 22 2023, 02:36 PM) u could even apply on the same date provided that both BT and FPP amount do not exceed your available credit limit (certain threshold depending on the T&C) FPP, yes BT, depending on the bank, MBB/PBB are charged to cc account statement, straightforward as FPP; UOB is charged to separate BT account (although will also be shown in statement, the statement balance includes the entire outstanding BT) the repayment is kind of different between the two regardless, they shall be paid on or before the statement due date Is that means there is 2 different repayment date between the two? Sorry i still don't get how the saparate BT account work.

QUOTE(contestchris @ Feb 4 2024, 07:05 PM) 1 to 2 years ago, HLB used to give out 0% FPP (3m/6m/12m) and 0% BT (6m/12m) like candies. Now of late, no more freebies from them! The 0% FPP was really great, could roll over spend. 0% FPP still available. i just got it last December. Maybe for new cc holder only.

QUOTE(Human Nature @ Apr 26 2024, 09:29 AM) Genuine question. Why not just pay the whole amount to the CC? Consider early settlement, no? I would love to know the answer too.

QUOTE(MGM @ Apr 26 2024, 09:57 AM) No early settlement penalty? " No early settlement fee will be charged. All outstanding monthly instalments together with the interest rate /management fee shall become immediately due and payable." This is what i saw in their T&C BT campaign when i took the offer.
