QUOTE(lilsunflower @ Sep 14 2016, 04:01 PM) That is exactly what I did. But I also did simultaneous BT (apply for large BT with PBB, then use Aeon BT to pay PBB). well i thought of charging the amount to Aeon CC to get the points and then BT to PBB but doesn't make sense so better do the other way around so can get 4% CB which is obviously better than points equivalent to 0.4% CB |

if you do BT to MBB and then to Aeon what happens ? so MBB received the full amount of BT and you still have to keep paying the installment for a year ? and you get extra cash right in MBB cc ? so you have to transfer from MBB cc to a savings account to transfer it around ?

QUOTE(lilsunflower @ Sep 16 2016, 09:46 AM) Yes, that's exactly what happens. Take the cash out to a CASA. another question is it sufficient to provide the online login page that shows the outstanding balance of the cc with the BT form without waiting for the unbilled transaction to appear ?I then put the extra cash into a one month FD, and every month pay off the instalments, and create another one month FD. |

QUOTE(lilsunflower @ Sep 16 2016, 05:02 PM) I always show the first page without transaction listing. However, note that when using online screen shot, some banks may also request for the first page of your latest statement which shows your full credit card number, name and address. ok thanks As a pre-emptive measure, you should include this anyway, but use your screenshot amount for the BT application. QUOTE(coolguy_0925 @ Sep 17 2016, 09:43 PM) Anyone tried BT extra for CIMB credit card and successfully requested to refund the extra to CIMB CASA? And any fee for this? only tried for cashback but i think it should work for BT as well, so to CASA no fee to another bank yes I tried asking CIMB last time and they said they won't allow this This post has been edited by DarReNz: Sep 18 2016, 12:55 AM |

QUOTE(ClessRV @ Sep 19 2016, 06:42 PM) Hi guys, need some opinion(s) here, do you have pbb card ? I am thinking of doing 2 balance transfer as follows: CIMB (Existing, ~RM6000) -> Maybank (Existing, ~RM5000) -> Aeon (New) which means the new card Aeon will be transferred RM5000 and Maybank will be transferred RM6000. is it possible to do 2 balance transfer at once? or any other methods? Thank you. yeah just do 2 BT then CIMB -> Maybank Maybank -> Aeon This post has been edited by DarReNz: Sep 19 2016, 08:54 PM |

QUOTE(edwardccg @ Sep 25 2016, 03:25 PM) ask my sister which received MBB pin and pay card to check the Balance transfer via m2u. should be fine with MBB cos i told the same to Aeon and then it was approved. At first Aeon called and said sorry we don't accept unbilled transaction only accept current statement and i told the them please see the outstanding balance then they are fine with it the option is there and able to proceed to request for BT. So it was really because I havent received pin and pay so unable to submit request for MBB BT online. ---- for the BT, can i request to BT the "outstanding" amount instead of statement amount on the fund receiving CC? eg: statement balance = RM2000, outstanding = RM4000, I want to BT RM4000 to MBB instead of statement balance of RM2000 only |

man i am getting annoyed, i just check my junk mail and then saw that the unzip files that I sent to MBB CS for BT got bounced wtf
was not delivered to: mbbcardservices@maybank.com.my because: Router: Unable to dispatch message. Size exceeds 4096 KBytes so the challenge is to unzip and has to be below the threshold |

QUOTE(lilsunflower @ Oct 8 2016, 07:24 PM) Glad it all worked out in the end. I was initially hesitant to experiment with BTs but now I've gone a bit overboard and currently have RM120k outstanding in 0% BT instalments (comprising 5 "rounds" of BTs across 3 banks). wow you are big spender Happy weekend! |
