Yeah I thought so too. Was wondering how maybank was able to know that it's a supplementary card since the card is under my name. Anyway will just BT from another card then.

Did another round of BT with my own PBVS & Alliance younique card but failed again. Was transfering to the M2 Visa card which I applied some time last year in addition to the M2 master card. I have never used the visa card before, which I think might be a issue that maybank is not approving the BT. Tried for the 3rd time using the M2 Amex. Let's see how it's gonna turn out.

Finally BT using M2U is successful. The prob for the multiple rejections was due to amount for one of the cards is <RM1000. I thought it was the combined amount that matters but apparently maybank want each card BT amount to be >1000. Manage to BT from a PBVS supp card under my name as well.

Yeah fast. If before 10pm probably within an hour. I submitted mine around 10 plus, received principal approval email within minutes, confirmation of approval email at 630am.

Don't think u can do that for aeon as it's not a banking institution.

Maybank actually approved my previous BT which I thought was rejected and I ended up with 2 same BT to the same PB cards. Tried calling PB but CS refused to transfer the extra funds into saving account, stating that it is not their practice to transfer excess funds in credit card to savings account.

Did u apply thru M2U or email? My email application subsequently got approved causing me to have 2 same BT. Just emailed them for a full settlement yday.

1-2 days, they will call u to verify application within a few hours if on working day, then usually the same day or latest following day will get notification.

Submitted BT for Aeon credit through email yesterday evening, didnt get any acknowledgement email this morning so I resent again. Still no acknowledgement email so I gave them a call. Was told that they need time to go through all emails. Asked to call back in 48 hours time to check if still no reply from them.

Reply used to be very fast last time I remember.

Thanks for the tips. When I called the CS who attended to me told that she will get someone from the credit card dept to call me back. When that person called me he said have to give the customer service dept to sort out the emails. Guess they dont check email nowadays. Just sent another copy to cc_cad@aeonmalaysia.com.my

* Just gave them a call and realized I've been sending to the wrong email address. They're using @aeoncredit.com.my instead of @aeonmalaysia.com.my

I received a call this morning as well around 9ish, and have received SMS that BT is approved.

Same here, called them and they could onlynprovide me the cheque no & courier consignment no and asked me to checked with my bank further.

Just checked my Alliance Younique card and the payment is finally in. Cheque was issued by Aeon on 20th October which is a friday, hence the delay. So in total it's actually 4 working day. Still acceptable in my opinion.

Haha well I do agree but if planned properly shouldnt be a big issue.

Send in my application for AEON on Monday, received an automated reply almost instantly. Today got a call from Aeon asking for my actual credit card statement with a bank logo & my name. The statements I sent them are taken from Stan chart's website, can't seem to dl statement. And in fact one of the card that I intend to BT statement is not out yet.

Told the officer I would take a print screen which contains the bank logo and my name and he said there is no guarantee. Since when Aeon has became so strict? Or it has been like this all the while?

That was fast, I applied yday morning, only received email on principal approval.

Have yet to receive my confirmation SMS, gave MBB a call today and they said they have received my application and it's still in progress. Wondering why is it taking so long as most of you here got the confirmation sms within the next day.

I submitted mine on 3rd december, received email reply on the same day, just checked my unbilled transaction ady there but yet to appear in my Stan chart acc. Hope it will reach in time on friday as my statement date is sat.
