Did UOB attach/send the TnC/agreement for the specific BT Plan that was approved?

I feel safer to have a formal BnW TnC to refer to rather than the verbal version by CS on the phone.
eg  CS said no penalty for early settlement but looks like there's a RM100  charge.
CS said pay only 5% of outstanding BT amount  each month, by end of 6 months pay balance from approval date.
Is "Approval date' = to date of pay out of BT sum? Payout date probably will be few days after Date of approval.

Don't want to be caught paying 18% pa for the BT amount 
Is there any reference to this as BT Plan 11?
There appears to be some variations in the TnC for the different Plans that are on offer.

Few weeks ago, perhaps 1st week of Nov.
I call in to ask any promo for BT and she told me there is 0% for 3 mths, then I just applied.
And no surcharges. I start paying the 1st instalment already.
the BT accounts only showing my total BT amount, no any charges.

They will call back.

Believe call in also able to do so.. Cause i just called them to enquire something, then they offer me this BT on call.. Can try to call, otherwise just wait for call..

Received my HLB BT money. CS was very helpful and followed up all the way. Even called me to confirm i received the money and asked me to write down all the steps to ensure no interest.

The page was missing for a while, I can confirm that. I already checked out after you posted here but at night the page was deleted. I guess HLB restored it again.

Received sms from UOB about the 0% BT for 6 months but cannot find details on the website yet.
