Sometimes I wonder why banks offer pure %0 BT. Don't they have better place to invest those money? Are they hoping most applicants won't pay on time so they can charge higher interest?

fking 1diot maybank CS, i had to email because they take months to send me my new card and i cannot do it online.

First they email asking for my statement, i asked them to GTFO because online submission doesn't require it.

One day later, CS call me to verify and said is been processed.

Two days later, email me asking for statement again claiming must have statement.

How do they authenticate? Or just like PBB? APPLICATION by email/fax needs statement.
*
Nope, my application through e-mail was approved without statement.

They will ask for it, you must F them asking why online don't need but e-mail need. tongue.gif

So statement is not needed ya? biggrin.gif

you need to argue and may take 2-3 days cause they will keep asking for it biggrin.gif

I have no choice because i am oversea and not sure if they have send the new card to me thus apply through online is not possible until i activate my new cards.

btw aeon is fast

applied on Monday
verify & approve on Tuesday
payment rcv on Wednesday

it is like they have one of those cashback promo with quota, you can spend and write on the slip "invalid if quota exceeded"?
