QUOTE(virtualgay @ Jul 17 2025, 12:23 PM) Quite alarming a bank worth billions can have issues such as these. The lack of urgency and lacklustre "tidak apa" attitude makes our banks look like a joke, and we are the clowns participating. Not that we have any choice in the matter Sigh. |

QUOTE(cybpsych @ Jul 17 2025, 03:35 PM) system issue may happen from time to time And this is the attitude problem. you're just making unfounded accusations as we dont know what is really happening also, the "secure plus" solution may rely on external service to operate (which may not be developed by rhb itself) since you're not happy with rhb, then perhaps can choose another bank lor Unfounded accusations? I didn't accuse them of anything. Please point out where I made an accusation. I based my view on the facts you presented. I am just saying it is unacceptable to have such issues. Just as I feel it is unacceptable for Aerotrain to be down. My cash in my hand will never be "unavailable for use", whereas chill consumers like you are okay with banks having "issues" with their service? I am not happy with the all the banks, and we have no choice in the matter since most consumers are like you. You feel it is acceptable. You just don't know better. In Malaysia our online banks still go down at midnight for "maintenance". In other countries, these things don't happen anymore. Anyway it is just playing music to a cow, not that you'd understand. |

QUOTE(ChiaW3n @ Aug 1 2025, 06:58 PM) Mum is not happy because of my high DSR due to multiple BTs which affect I can’t pass my credit check. Didn’t expect to buy a house so soon but I just won my prima ballot Then ask her take the loan? Remember it’s called personal finance. Not family finance. You’re an adult, and you are in charge of your financial fortune or ruin. Don’t later blame father mother banker lowyater. Anyway to answer your question, you can just pay back the outstanding and it’ll reflect in CCRIS. Just for HLB and UOB don’t pay the entire sum else kena penalty. Leave like a few hundred outstanding at minimum. iXora.ix liked this post

UOB seems very selective with their 0% BT. I guess they know who are the frequent flyers who will pay back in full and no chance to make money.
