I just came from Maxis Cust Service. I have 2 lines still under contract, and they said I couldn't upgrade those! Damn inflexible. What is the harm I upgrade plans as the money (and subscriber) still remains in Maxis? As a result, I am pissed now and will port out, even if I have to pay penalty. Principle of the thing.

If they really are sincere and want to make good to their customers, why discriminate against plans? If I had known, I would not have taken those plans earlier. And then not give me the chance to upgrade to those plans. Left cannot move, right also cannot move. In the end, I just have to move out.

I hv it convert, I hv 7 month left as my contract until Nov 11
one good things is they waive my contract.
now I m contract free  biggrin.gif , save RM375

Contract-free? Does this means you can downgrade to MO98 anytime?

Will iValue - MO128 - MO98 package change works?\

And I agree, we iValue1 users got fked up pretty bad. MO98 is strictly superior than iValue1. We are forced to pay extra for nothing.

What's wrong with u people. Maxis rocks! Today i ran out of data, i called their customer service asking them to feed me more data since i have another 2 days for the cycle to renew. Can u imagine my surprised they actually waive me the fee for an extra 1GB. Maxis is the best among the sea of cheating telcos!

I just don't understand why can't they just increase the data for existing ivalue customer to make everything balance..

Honestly i am pretty happy to stay with maxis with their current offer for the reasons below.

1. Their LTE speed is one of the best i've used and service coverage has been good and satisfying.
2. My mobile data consumption is probably max at 3GB a month so having 5GB is like a big bonus already.
