QUOTE(patrickyeo21 @ Jan 4 2007, 03:53 PM) What to do ? definately need to customize it ... sad ehh .. new car already like that, but if the speaker able to ummpphh, then worth doing it ... so another forumer mentioned to set amp for the front side ? how about the back ? if you think you want good sound, then customize is way to go... before you do anything go and listen to some MyVi that have customize then you know how good it sound like although only with front speakers...think if you can afford DSL R6A (if its original) then your budget / sound setup should be better then you mention put it at the back... what mode of MB Quart youre using, better then the DSL ??? |

QUOTE(patrickyeo21 @ Jan 10 2007, 11:21 PM) 1st of all, but cutting the hole, you will give more space for the speakers and interms in speakers reflex, the bass will sound better, then with soundproof that part, it sound even better... if tuners tune youre system, they will feel that the system will feel not right (this i dont know how to explain)the advice was given as some of my member also done the same thing, and after redo it, the difference can be felt... understand that most ppl dont want to spoilt the door, its up to individual, if you okay with it then its fine... just want to let you know... as for your sound proofing, more likely its like sound dampening, as mostly sound proofing will be on the steel door...
