If not they will face the same thing as YES's 4G LTE service. Announce their own service before getting things ready and prepared.

If low reception from their current customer, they need to work out their product back

on network capability, they constantly upgrading their equipment right now. replacing those wimax with LTE

dunno, i think everything is good since announce going to launch at Q4
maybe some minor issue they still have need to be iron out by webe.
they already have bad publicity, doing anything half done is suicide.
